The TSP 70 form may be used only after you leave federal employment, and your employing agency confirms your separation from Federal service.
You can complete Form TSP 70 Form here (http://www.tsp-70.com/) and post it to TSP (Thrift Savings Plan P.O. Box 385021 Birmingham, AL 35238), fax it to 1-866-817-5023, or use the TSP.gov website to initiate, and in some cases, even complete the withdrawal online.
